Advanced Exhibitor Registration Information

Current exhibitors can register online with your company’s username and password that has been emailed to you. If you have any questions, please call AHRMM at (312) 422-3840 or email ahrmm@aha.org.

As an exhibiting company, you are entitled to one (1) complimentary Full Conference Registration and three (3) "Exhibit Hall Only" badges per 10' x 10' booth space. These badges are for company representatives only and may not be given or transferred to Conference attendees. Exhibitor badges must be worn whenever on the Exhibit Floor and will allow entrance into the Exhibit Hall during set-up, teardown, and show hours.

Please Note: Badges can be picked up at the Tampa Convention Center beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Sunday, July 19, 2009.

All exhibitors with badges are invited to attend the Welcome Reception on Sunday, July 20, 2009, 6:00-7:30 p.m.

Company representatives with "Exhibit Hall Only" badges who wish to attend the educational sessions or the Networking Party on Tuesday, July 21, 2009 (6:00 - 8:30 p.m.) must pay additional fees as described below:

  • One (1) complimentary Full Conference Registration per 10 ' x 10 ' booth
  • Three (3) complimentary Exhibit Hall Only per 10' x 10' booth
  • Exhibit Hall Only Upgraded to Full-Conference - $485
  • Additional Exhibit Hall Only - $245
  • Additional Full Conference before 5/8 - $635
  • Additional Full Conference after 5/8 - $835
  • Networking Party Tickets - $30 for all “Exhibit Hall Only exhibitors” (included with
  • Full Registration) - Tuesday, July 21, 2009, 6:00 - 8:30 p.m.
  • Copy the exhibitor registration form for each additional 10’X10’ booth.

The deadline for exhibitor early bird registration is Friday, May 8, 2009.
