This session provides a unique professional experience devoted to the acquisition of skills and strategies for career advancement. New insights into how women and men relate to each other within the work environment and how they can integrate their strengths and skills into a new and more effective style of leadership will be examined.

At the conclusion of the session, participants will be able to identify the changing dynamic of gender in the workplace and its profound effect on the organization, discuss a new paradigm for advancing leadership for women and men working together, recognize the language of powerful and persuasive communication, and understand and appreciate the value of co-leadership.
