A New Healthcare Courier Solution: Optimizing the Movement of Material to Maximize Efficiency and Savings
Overview: Today’s healthcare environment is more dynamic than ever. Organizations are facing greater demand to do more with less and get the highest value out of every health system initiative. The goal is to drive savings without sacrificing service, quality, or safety. Historically, healthcare leaders have focused their attention on finding value within clinical categories. As these savings become harder to find, systems are turning their interest to other areas, such as purchased services, to find ways to drive meaningful savings.
When appropriately constructed, healthcare transportation — the movement of patient and business critical materials such as patient specimens, blood, pharmaceuticals, and supplies — can be a strategic asset that not only drives cost savings but also improves the patient experience and delivery of patient care. However, few systems today are getting optimum performance from this function. This webinar will provide supply chain leaders with the information needed to better understand healthcare transportation and its potential for impact within their organization.
