Biographies
David Starkman joined the OMSolutions team in 2004 with over 25 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management. Mr. Starkman is responsible for the development and management of consulting services and contract management programs for OMSolutions clients nationally.
He has extensive experience in the selection, sourcing, contracting and procurement of capital and minor equipment; clinical and non-clinical purchased services; pharmaceuticals, laboratory reagents, medical-surgical and non-medical supplies, surgical implants, supplies and services.
Mr. Starkman has experience in developing, coordinating and facilitating multi-disciplinary, corporate-wide efforts (Value Added Teams, Product Standardization Teams, etc.) to standardize supplies and services, leverage system purchasing volumes and contractual commitments to reduce operational expenses and gain system efficiencies.
He holds a CMRP with AHRMM and is an active member.
Michelle Robbins joined the OMSolutions team in 2009 with over 20 years of experience in healthcare supply chain management. She is responsible for the successful design and delivery of contracted clinical and non-clinical products and services. She has experience with the Military Healthcare Supply Chain serving as a Director, Materials Management for community, regional and Integrated Delivery Network acute care facilities.
Ms. Robbins has extensive experience in the clinical supply chain and has developed, directed and implemented strategic programs for supply and clinical distribution, procurement, value analysis and process improvement and redesign. She has a proven track record in working with clinical departments to perform supply financial analysis to include supply reimbursement models for product standardization, value analysis and service contracts.
She holds a CMRP with AHRMM and is an active member of the AHRMM Education Task Force.
