Adopting an ROI/Value Proposition Methodology in Supply Chain Decision Making

Overview: With requests for new medical products technology coming through Materials Management departments every day, it is important to have a clear and consistent decision making process for your organization. This webinar will focus on a Return on Investment or Value Proposition Methodology to analyze and make decisions on new products based on a variety of factors. Attendees will learn to develop a strategy and process to evaluate and quantify new product requests, and to validate existing decisions. Ideas will be shared that could be incorporated into value analysis or daily sourcing activities.
Biography
William P. Stitt, CMRP, FAHRMM, is Corporate Director of Materials Management for University Community Health, a five hospital IDN located in Tampa, Florida, having direct responsibility for all supply chain functions for the system to include Procurement, Contracting, Logistics and Distribution, Biomedical Engineering, Equipment Planning and Document Management. Stitt is currently the organization's lead for all non labor supply cost reduction initiatives for the organization as well as development and execution of our supply chain strategic plan.
In his capacity as AHRMM president-elect, Stitt’s responsibilities include serving on both the AHRMM Executive and Nominating Committees, developing the Association's strategic plan and budget, and in the absence of the president, assuming the duties of that office.
