Biography: David Starkman, OMSolutions Consulting Services Director with over 30 years of healthcare supply chain management experience, joined the OMSolutions team in 2004. Mr. Starkman is responsible for the development and delivery of cost management consulting services for OMSolutions’ clients nationally.

Mr. Starkman has extensive experience in designing, coordinating, and facilitating multi-disciplinary, collaborative cost management teams to effectively select and source supplies and purchased services; expeditiously leverage value driven decisions and contractual commitments to reduce operational expenses; and gain system efficiencies through sustainable process and protocol enhancements.

Mr. Starkman is a recognized cost management expert in all clinical and non-clinical supply, purchased service, and capital categories. Additionally, his leadership experience includes management of various supply chain departments, including Procurement, Logistics, Linen, SPD, Pharmacy, and Surgical Services in multi-facility and single-site acute healthcare organizations. 

Mr. Starkman has a Master degree in Healthcare Administration from the University of LaVerne, is CRMP certified and an active member of AHRMM.
