Bids, RFIs, and RFPs: Making Them Work for You

Bids, Requests for Information (RFIs), and Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are the three main ways healthcare supply chain professionals ask suppliers for proposals. Therefore, each is a very important tool for us to master.  When used correctly at the right time, bids, RFIs, and RFPs can result in more successful contracts with significantly lower costs.  This session on CD-ROM will compare and contrast the three formal processes for Bids, RFIs and RFPs and will also discuss each one’s appropriate use.  In addition, it will explore the crucial elements of each and the mechanics that can make them work for you.
