Applying Supply Chain Best Practices to Healthcare

Overview: After years of being seen primarily as a necessary but ancillary function, the supply chain is being recognized as a strategic asset that can be leveraged to align with the organization's mission and strategic vision, as well as operational, clinical, and financial performance imperatives. With this understanding, more organizations are hiring supply chain professionals from outside of healthcare, who bring with them a bevy of best practices. This webinar will help today's healthcare supply chain leader explore the importance of aligning work with organizational mission and vision, discover which supply chain practices are most applicable and/or can be adapted to the needs of healthcare and learn how to demonstrate the value of the supply chain to your organization's C-suite.

Dale Locklair, Vice President of Procurement and Construction, McLeod Health
