Affiliation Program

AHRMM’s Chapter Affiliation Program provides chapters with the opportunity to promote their programs and events to AHRMM’s more than 4,100 members.  The chapters are recognized for their accomplishments through the AHRMM website and at the Annual Conference.

Chapters are evaluated based on their efforts in four categories: education, membership, chapter projects, and advancement and recognition.  Based on the level of activities chapters are recognized in one of five levels: Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond.

To participate in the program, the Chapter President must be a current AHRMM member, and the chapter is required to submit an Affiliation Agreement, a membership roster, and a list of current officers. To qualify for the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond levels, chapters must also achieve a specified number of points from the previous calendar year's activities (see Chapter Affiliation Application Workbook for further details) and have a targeted percentage of its membership affiliated with the AHRMM national association. 

Applications for Standard affiliation are accepted year round.  Applications for Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond affiliation must be received by March 31 of each year.
