Chater Recognition Program
AHRMM’s Chapter Recognition Program provides affiliated chapters with the opportunity to promote their programs and events to AHRMM’s more than 4,200 members. Affiliated chapters are recognized for their accomplishments through AHRMM communications, the AHRMM website and at the Annual Conference.
Affiliated chapters are evaluated based on their efforts in four categories: education, membership, chapter projects, and advancement and recognition. Based on the level of activities affiliated chapters are recognized in one of five levels: Standard, Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond.
To participate in the program, the chapter must have a signed Chapter Affiliation Agreement on file at AHRMM, the chapter president must be a current AHRMM member, and the chapter is required to a membership roster and list of current officers. To qualify for the Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Diamond levels, chapters must also achieve a specified number of points from the previous calendar year's activities (see Chapter Recognition Application Workbook for further details) and have a targeted percentage of its membership in common with the AHRMM.
Applications for Standard affiliation are accepted year round. Applications for Bronze, Silver, Gold, or Diamond affiliation must be received by March 31 of each year.
