AHRMM Announces Resource & Materials Management Week

CHICAGO, July 28, 2004 - The Association for Healthcare Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) announced that October 3-9, 2004 is National Healthcare Resource & Materials Management Week.

With the theme, “Finding Solutions, Raising Standards,” Healthcare Resource & Materials Management Week recognizes the integral role of materials management departments in the delivery of high-quality patient care.

Hospitals are encouraged to participate in Healthcare Resource & Materials Management Week by acknowledging materials management and procurement professionals with special events and staff-wide recognition.
