To attend the AHRMM10 as a member of the trade press, please take a moment to review the requirements outlined below. All trade press registration requests must be received by AHRMM no later than 5:00 pm Central on Tuesday, July 1, 2010.
Press badges will only be issued to media members who are reporting on the events, programs, and participants directly associated with the AHRMM10 Conference. All qualifying registrants must be pre-approved by AHRMM. Approved press badges are complimentary, reflect appropriate affiliation, and should be picked up at the onsite Conference Registration Center.
To receive a press badge, please download and complete the Conference Registration Form. Select “Trade Press” and supply your organization’s name, reason for coverage, and the following documentation with your completed registration form:
- Copy of your business card or press ID showing proof of employment by a publication or news organization
- An assignment letter from you or your current employer
- Freelance writers only must also provide writing samples for further validation
Fax your complete Conference Registration Form and documentation to (312) 422-4573. Once reviewed and approved by AHRMM, registrants will receive an email confirmation notifying them of their qualification.
New this year! AHRMM will have an official press room at AHRMM10. The press room will be open starting Monday, August 2 at 4:30pm.
