Overview:Presented in this session will be leading and innovative practices for physician preference item management (PPIM) based on research by the Health Sector Supply Chain Research Consortium (HSRC-ASU). Key areas of focus will be management in the supply chain department, roles of internal and external stakeholders, physician engagement strategies, and education and communication strategies. This session should provide you with valuable information to assist you in assessment of your efforts for PPIM.
