Cancellation Policy/Refund Requests
AHRMM reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Annual Conference & Exhibition or individual sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. AHRMM can’t be held liable for nonrefundable airline tickets. 70% of your registration fees are refundable if written notice is received by July 7, 2017. No-shows are non-refundable. Any refunds due will be issued once the Conference ends. Notice of cancellation should be emailed to ahrmm@aha.org. After July 7, 2017, all fees/credits toward the Conference are forfeited. Registered attendees are encouraged to send a substitute if they cannot attend. No exceptions allowed.

Conference Attire
AHRMM17 is a casual, but professional, educational environment so we suggest business casual attire. This may include slacks, blazers, blouses, or casual dresses. An average July temperature in Washington, D.C. is 80°F (27°C). Keep in mind that the Walter E. Washington Convention Center is climate-controlled so you may want to dress appropriately to accommodate any varying temperature from inside to outside.

Conference Photographer Consent
A professional photographer may take photos of participants at programs and events. These photos are for AHRMM use only and may appear on AHRMM's website, in printed brochures, or other promotional materials. Attendee registration grants AHRMM permission and consent for use of this photography.

Consent for Audio Recording
By attending and/or participating in discussions, registrants agree that AHRMM may electronically record, copy, and distribute their involvement in all program discussions including question-and-answer periods. No individual or entity other than AHRMM may electronically record or copy any portion of this program for any purpose without prior written consent from AHRMM.

Conversation Corners
Stop by the Conversation Corners to organize notes from a Learning Lab, arrange business cards after visiting the exhibit hall, or simply take a moment to plan out the rest of your conference day. Conversation Corners will be open every day during AHRMM17 and are also a great way to connect, collaborate, and discuss new ideas with your colleagues.

Guest Registration
AHRMM considers spouses, partners, or other family members (at least 18 years of age) attending the conference as guests. Guests are not allowed to enter educational sessions, exhibit hall, or conduct business with other AHRMM attendees or exhibitors. They are allowed to attend all other AHRMM17 food-related functions. Guest badges will show first and last name only.
