2. Tell us more about your specific job responsibilities in your company/hospital/organization:

I am an Air Force Medical Service Officer and in-charge of squadron responsible for finances, IM/IT, Facility Management, Logistics, and ancillary services (Pharmacy, Lab, and Radiology). In addition, I am the clinic Administrator.

I’ve been assigned to current role for 18 months and have 15 years of supply management experience at different levels of the military healthcare system.

4. What aspect of your job do you like best?

I like making a difference in the lives of our staff and patients as we deliver trusted care. I am big on helping to mentor, coach, and develop future leaders.

I am “dual-hatted” as a commander and Administrator which drives a lot of different priorities for the organization. Also, I lack the proper administrative support.
