In this updated AHRMM conference session, we will discuss how supply chain can gain and maintain regular access to the C-suite, leverage relationships with senior-level executives, along with how to create and communicate value at the executive level. The session will continue by examining best practices for supply chain leaders to prepare for and execute productive goal-oriented sessions with the C-suite.
*Although this session focuses on the C-suite, all levels of the health care supply chain can benefit by learning how to identify their communication style and the style of others to determine the best way to interact with colleagues and peers.
