Evolving healthcare models, regulations, and reimbursements directly shape our ability to deliver timely and high-quality services. The COVID-19 pandemic compelled me to lead my organization my team to innovate and advocate on a broader scale. I am eager to bring this resilience and strategic insight to AHRMM, ensuring our profession navigates future challenges adeptly, advancing both patient outcomes and supply chain efficacy.

I am a strong candidate for this leadership role I attribute to my extensive experience in healthcare supply chain management, value analysis, and healthcare leadership. With advanced education and certifications in value analysis, Professional Development, and Nursing Executive Advance, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise.
As a manager of Clinical Value Analysis, I lead a team of Clinical Value Analysis Administrators, 75% of whom are Registered Nurses with advanced degrees. I have successfully managed complex projects, including the Total Joint Value analysis of standardizing total hips, knees, and shoulders, resulting in $757,500 in savings through strategic negotiations and data analytics. My leadership in system-wide value analysis for our health system's hospitals, surgery centers, and various care facilities has consistently delivered significant cost savings, with a notable $2,450,829 saved in 2023 alone.
