Healthcare supply chains have proven resilient, but with volatility now permanent, resilience alone isn't enough. This session brings senior supply chain executives together to explore the shift from reactive, event-driven operations toward predictive, clinically aligned models.

Speakers
Ryan Rotar, Vice President, Healthcare Market Strategy, Tecsys
Ryan Rotar is a dynamic and multifaceted healthcare veteran who has spent 25 years leading, developing and optimizing supply chain operations and their related applications. Ryan most recently served as the system director of ERP solutions leading HR, finance and supply chain application teams for UNC Health in North Carolina. Prior to this most recent role, Ryan led supply chain operations as the healthcare system executive director.
Javier Rodriguez, Director, Materials Management, UT Southwestern Medical Center
Javier Rodriguez, MSSCM, CMRP, is the director of materials management at UT Southwestern Medical Center, where he leads materials management operations supporting one of the nation’s leading academic medical centers. With more than 10 years of experience, he oversees a team of approximately 200 FTEs responsible for inventory management, distribution, replenishment and materials operations across the health system, including specialized supply chain operations supporting surgical, cardiovascular and interventional procedural services.
Andria Davis, Director, Strategic Sourcing, Contracting & Value Analysis, VCU Health
Andria Davis is currently the Director of Strategic Sourcing, Contracting and Value Analysis at VCU Health in Richmond, VA after serving as the Director of Operations for three years. In 2012, she earned her Master of Business Administration and received her Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP) certificate in 2016. She started at VCU Health in February 2022 and was previously at Onslow Memorial Hospital an affiliate of UNC Health for eight years.
