Fellow Program (FAHRMM)

The distinguished FAHRMM designation is awarded to current AHRMM members for reaching the highest level of education and achievement in both the Association and in the health care supply chain field. Only presented to those who have achieved the Certified Materials & Resource Professional (CMRP), the Fellow designation is awarded to active AHRMM members who have excelled in specific areas and meet all eligibility requirements.

CMRP to FAHRMM - The Fellow Program
Get a deeper look at how to achieve the next level in supply chain leadership – the AHRMM Fellow Designation. If you are considering becoming a Fellow, this presentation is strongly recommended. Participants will learn about the benefits, eligibility requirements and steps necessary to achieve the Fellow designation. This free on-demand course is part of the Supply Chain Fundamentals series.

Fellow candidates must be current AHRMM members in good standing who have held their CMRP certification for at least 4 years before applying. In addition to being in a leadership position in the health care supply chain field for at least 7 years, candidates must earn a total of 19 certification points. Certification points are outlined in the Fellow Program Application and earned through a combination of continuing education, work experience and professional activities.

Renew Your Fellow Designation
Current Fellows may renew the designation every 3 - 5 years to remain active. Renewal Fellow candidates must earn a total of 12 recertification points for each renewal cycle. Detailed point values are outlined in the Renewal application and earned through a combination of continuing education, work experience and professional activities. Any Fellow completing a third recertification process will be granted Lifetime status and will no longer need to renew.
