In 2012, Ms. Brandy Mitchell became the first Department of Defense (DoD) Registered Nurse to join the Womack Army Medical Center (WAMC) Directorate of Logistics, Supply Chain Management Branch as a Clinical Analyst. Ms. Mitchell is honored to work alongside and support our nation’s service members, veterans, and their families.

Justin Messina
Justin Messina is a healthcare supply chain leader and Director of Logistics at AtlantiCare, where he oversees logistics operations across multiple hospital locations and a centralized distribution center. He specializes in operational improvement, inventory management, and supply chain transformation. Justin holds dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Supply Chain Management, along with Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and CMRP credentials.
