An Important Invitation as We Enter a New Era Together
As we build momentum in 2026, AHRMM is entering a new chapter, one grounded in a growing community and a sharper focus on what health care supply chain leaders need most: relevant, actionable education, stronger advocacy, and leadership development that translates into results.
That’s exactly what you’ll find at AHRMM26, July 26–28, 2026 in San Antonio, Texas, hosted at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center. This year’s event is designed to maximize learning while respecting time away from the office - with a kickoff on Sunday at 5:00 p.m., full days of Learning Labs and Exhibit Hall time, and a Tuesday wrap by 5:00 p.m.
A clearer learning path—built around four core tracks.
To better serve both attendees and solution providers, AHRMM is organizing all its educational content into four practical, career-relevant tracks: Sourcing, Technology, Clinical/Value Analysis, and Operations. These tracks reflect the real-world challenges facing the field and create clear pathways for learning, collaboration, and innovation so you can quickly find the sessions, connections, and solutions that match your role and goals.
For health care supply chain professionals: this is your “must-attend” conference.
AHRMM26 is the premier place to bring back practical takeaways and not just ideas. The conference is built to deliver distinct perspectives, shared lessons from pioneering projects, and actionable recommendations you can apply immediately. Registration is now open, with Early Bird pricing through April 30, 2026. Plan now and be ready to secure your spot.
For exhibitors and sponsors: meet the people who influence buying decisions.
If your organization supports health care supply chain performance, AHRMM26 is where you belong. The Exhibit Hall is a direct opportunity to engage professionals who evaluate solutions, shape sourcing strategies, and influence purchasing decisions. AHRMM’s approach is simple: we drive the audience; you bring the solutions; together we strengthen the care continuum. Beyond booth space, there are multiple ways to build visibility and relationships year-round, including options designed around your goals.
Let’s build 2026—together.
These are challenging times for the health care supply chain, and that’s exactly why the community needs a strong convening point. Your participation - whether as an attendee, exhibitor, or sponsor - directly strengthens AHRMM’s ability to educate, connect, and elevate the profession.
Save the dates: July 26–28, 2026. Bring your team. Bring your toughest problems. Bring your best solutions. We’ll see you at AHRMM26 in San Antonio.
