Kumbia is the Director of Hospital Distribution at Texas Children’s Hospital, overseeing the hospital’s supply chain operations. With over 25 years of experience, including roles in military healthcare logistics, Kumbia has a strong track record of improving efficiency and building relationships across all staff levels. She has previously held leadership positions at Indiana University Health and Baylor Health Care System and currently serves on the 2024 AHRMM Advisory Board, focusing on developing future supply chain leaders.

Gee Mathen
Director of Pharmacy Clinical Applications and Technical Services
Texas Children’s Hospital

Gee is the Director of Pharmacy Clinical Applications and Technical Services at Texas Children’s Hospital, where he oversees the Technology, Inventor and Financial teams. With over 33 years at Texas Children’s and a degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Houston, he’s passionate about using technology to advance pharmacy practice, improve medication safety and drive efficiency.
