This session emphasizes the impact, benefits and challenges of data sharing based on findings from Cook Medical's 2025 Supply Chain Fellowship. In collaboration with Mayo Clinic and Cleveland Clinic, the research focuses on the use of the Surgence platform to achieve increased transparency among industry partners, optimized ordering behavior, inventory rationalization and more.
