She has held leadership roles such as Director of Operations and Director of Continuous Improvement and currently serves as Recall Administrator at Yale New Haven Health. In this role, she leads system-wide efforts to enhance medical device recall processes and patient safety. Cherie also co-founded the Recall Management Interest Group (RMIG), a national collaborative focused on advancing best practices in recall management. Her work is driven by a passion for standardization and building safer, more resilient healthcare supply chains.

For nearly six years, she has led enterprise-wide efforts to streamline recall processes, improve responsiveness, and strengthen patient safety. Amy is passionate about building national connections and driving standardization to make the health care supply chain safer and more resilient.

She is also the Founder and CEO of SAYS WHO., a public benefit corporation designing accessible products for people with disabilities. As Co-Founder of the Recall Management Interest Group (RMIG), Anna champions national collaboration on medical device safety. Her work reflects a deep commitment to equity, systems-level change and community-driven innovation.
