Press Release: Newly Elected and Appointed Advisory Board Members 2026
CHICAGO, October 21, 2025 — The Association for Health Care Resource & Materials Management (AHRMM) of the American Hospital Association has announced the incoming 2026 Advisory Board, whose appointments will begin in January 2026. The AHRMM nominating committee selected the incoming advisory board members as part of AHRMM’s newly revamped nominating process.
New provider board members include Mike Hopkins, Lean Six Sigma, VP – Distribution & Logistics, NMHC; Daniel Hurry, MBA, Chief Supply Chain Officer/President, Bon Secours Mercy Health/Advantus HP; Jason Moulding, FAHRMM, CMRP, FACHE, Chief Supply Chain Officer & President of Myriadd Supply, MultiCare Health System; Andrea Poulopoulos, SVP, Supply Chain, Corewell Health and Ginger Sharp, CMRP, Vice President & Chief Supply Chain Officer, Legacy Health.
The incoming affiliate board member is David Dobrzykowski, PhD, Professor & Director of Walton College Healthcare Business Initiatives, University of Arkansas.
The incoming YPAC Appointee is Cory Schmidt, MBA, CMRP, Assistant Director CLS Operations & Spend Management Integration, The University of Kansas Health System.
In addition, Steve Downey will serve as Chair, and Régine Honoré Villain, MPH, SVP Supply Chain Network, Chief Supply Chain Officer, Ochsner Health, will serve as Chair-Elect.
This year, AHRMM transitioned from an election-based process to a nomination-based process for selecting Advisory Board Members. Managed by the Nominating Committee, this approach is designed to enhance representation and strategic alignment across the health care supply chain field.
The nomination process enables AHRMM to strategically identify and engage individuals whose experience and perspectives broaden sector representation and help guide the organization’s future direction. This streamlined approach allows AHRMM to respond more efficiently to the evolving needs of the field while maintaining a strong commitment to member engagement.
The AHRMM Advisory Board plays a critical role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction, advancing education and advocacy and guiding initiatives that strengthen the health care supply chain field.
