Description:

This webinar focuses on the power of collaboration. Yankee Alliance facilitated an Orthopedic Total Joint Collaborative for seventeen member hospitals in order to identify opportunities for quality improvement and cost reduction, resulting in documented savings in excess of $8M. Yankee engaged Clinical Benchmarking to coach and facilitate as subject matter experts. The collaborative approach is reviewed as well as the methods deployed to achieve these savings, including implant and reimbursement benchmarking (physician, hospital & national level), contract strategies, and perioperative supplies utilizing data analysis. Lastly, a participating collaborative member shares tested processes that will help to spur change and savings in your own organizations.
